On the afternoon of January 21, Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Vinh hosted a meeting with the Consuls General of various countries in Da Nang: China, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Russian Federation, Japan, and South Korea, who came to visit and extend Lunar New Year greetings for the Year of the Snake 2025. Also present was Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Tran Chi Cuong.
During the visit, the Consul General of China in Da Nang Dong Bi Yu congratulated the Party, government, and people of Da Nang on their outstanding achievements in socio-economic development in 2024. She noted that 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and China (January 18, 1950 - January 18, 2025), expressing hope for increased cultural exchange activities and continued cooperation in various fields.
