Launching the Investment, Construction, and Infrastructure Business Project for Hoa Ninh Industrial Park
On the morning of February 18, the Da Nang People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and launch the Investment, Construction, and Infrastructure Business Project for Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (IP).
The project is developed by Thanh Binh Phu My JSC, with a total investment of over VND 6,200 billion. The implementation period is set not to exceed 42 months from the date of land handover, and the project is located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.
Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is expected to become one of the most modern industrial zones in Central Vietnam, prioritizing investment in high-tech, advanced industries and forming a clean, environmentally friendly industrial park.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee, Mr. Le Trung Chinh, emphasized that Da Nang highly values the role of investors and is always ready to accompany and support partners throughout their development process. The city is committed to creating the most favorable conditions to ensure the project is implemented on schedule with high quality and efficiency.
Additionally, Da Nang will provide maximum support in land clearance, synchronized infrastructure development, and administrative reform, ensuring a transparent and open investment environment. The city will also coordinate with relevant parties to promptly address any difficulties and obstacles during the project’s execution.
On this occasion, Da Nang City officially granted the Investment Policy Decision and approved Thanh Binh Phu My JSC as the investor for the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment and Business Project, along with the Investment Registration Certificate for the project.
